Products, pricing and availability

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Products are subject to availability. We take care to keep prices and product information accurate; if an error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding with an affected order.

Orders and payment

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED. An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation. The cardholder must be the customer placing the order or a person authorized by the cardholder. We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect error or misuse; anything already paid on a cancelled order is refunded.

Minors

Customers under the age of 18 may not register as users of the website or transact on it.

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellation

These are governed by our Delivery & Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, published on this website and forming part of these terms.

Sanctions compliance
