Where we deliver

We deliver within Baniyas City and its surrounding areas in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We do not ship outside the UAE.

When

Orders placed through the online service are delivered the same day when placed before 6:00 PM, otherwise the next day. You will be contacted to confirm the delivery time.

Delivery charges

Delivery costs AED 10, and is free for orders above AED 100. Any charge is shown clearly before you confirm your order.

If an item is unavailable

If something you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement or remove it from the order — nothing is substituted without your agreement, and anything removed is refunded.

Receiving your order

Please check your order on delivery; damaged, wrong or missing items are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
